NOVA SEMENTE Roots Reggae

Formed in 2000 in Grand Island - Angra dos Reis / RJ, the band is characterized by its own style and under the influences of Reggae Roots, such as: Peter Tosh, Bob Marley, Black Uhuru and others.

THE Nova Semente has participated in several events like the Festival of Music and Ecology - Angra dos Reis / RJ / 2001, Reggae Festival - Rio de Janeiro Festival of the Black Consciousness in the Campinhos, Invited to play in the World Social Forum 2008 in the City Rio of Jneiro, - RJ/2002 Paraty, and the cities Sao Paulo, Porto Alegre, Curitiba, Vitoria, Belo Horizonte and together with the band Natirutis and Dom Luiz played in the Sun Festival Sana/Macaé/RJ/2008.

Since 2003, the band has been presenting at various events in Argentina, where he recorded live in the studios of radio FM, Rock & Pop, his second CD "Mercosur", Fuerza Viva current and ungovernable. By participating in various programs on Radio Rock & Pop 95.9 Program of Reggae in  La de Dios  of  Santiago  Pallazo , Radio and Olin Pelagatos / Fm 91.3 in Argentina and shows the bands and Resistance Band La Zurda Suburban,
Currently the band is making the launch of the CD ungovernable, in tours throughout South Cone

The Banda recorded a total of 04 CDs and 02 Video Clips
